Explorer : menu disappears when switching simulator

I went to answer your post yesterday but you'd deleted it by the time I went to respond.

Anyway, the way to do this is probably to use this cdsenv var (you can use the envSetVal() approach to set it too). The string is the name of a function to call - it will be passed the session id of the Explorer session.

asimenv.startup sessInitTrigFunc string   ""

There's not any simple way to get from the asi session id to the window, but you can probably just use sevEnvironment(sevSession(hiGetCurrentWindow())) and then check this matches the session passed to the trigger function (of course, checking that the menus have not already been added) and do the work on the hiGetCurrentWindow in that case.

As far as I know, I didn’t delete my post yesterday, because I left my desk right after submitting it.
I was surprised this morning not to see my post in the forum. I tried to recreate it many times, but I got a pop-up message near the login logo saying something I don’t remember and telling me to contact the site administrator.
I even cleared my browser cache and cookies, but it didn’t help.
In the end, I gave up posting anything. A couple of hours later, I tried again and was able to post this message.
