How to tell encounter to create vias with minimum number of row as 2.

There is single row of via on Metal Top generated by encounter when sroute is run which is violating DRC rule  that minimum number of row is 2 for Metal Top. I was going through documentation to make encounter create vias on top metal with minimum 2 rows, this is what i found but didn't work. I ran this before i ran sroute.

 setViaGenOption -create_double_row_cut_via 1

I would appreciate if you could suggest the right way to do it.

  •  Oh, I see! (I haven't used OA, so I'm not familiar with how that works.) I think the idea is the same though - sroute is not following the OA via info the same way everything else is. Make sure to post back to the service request what you just told me so Krishna can take another look.
