Attached is an update of shr_apb.

    Update details:
    - delivered as part of apb_lib, with ex_vmutil package and additional
scritps/vsif files to run shr_apb examples in EnterpriseManager

    - SPMN6.2 updates
       - eManager scripts/vsif files now use unicov flow (needs SPMN/EMGR 6.2 or later)
       - shr_apb migrated to IntelliGen (need SPMN 6.2 or later)

    For the EnterpriseManager Flow:
    1) modify shr_apb/main_sve/vm/shr_apb.sve (adjust SPECMAN_PATH)
    2) make a work directory and cd there
    3) export MY_REGRESSION_AREA=`pwd`
    4) start eManager, run setup and navigate to shr_apb/main_sve/vm/shr_apb.vsif and start
