Pcb editor-Datatips not showing in cursor

Dear all,

I have been using Cadence Allegro 16.5.In pcb editor datatips not showing, while placing the cursor to the any elements(like cline, shape....etc)

Exact problem is, datatips showing under cursor location for few minutes after open pcb editor, after that not showing any datatips under cursor.Only cursor is visible.

Please share your comments/solutions.....!
