Abnormal situation of DRC check

Dear all:

I execute DRC check, but don't know somehow if I click the "Update DRC" , the abnormal caution will occure that make me can't execute DRC check successfully and then PCB editor shut down Suddenly.

 

Is there any way to solve this problem? 

  • You should have a SAV file in the current board directory, go to Start>All Programs>Cadence>Release 16.5>PCB Editor Utilities>DB Doctor, browse to the SAV file, ste a BRD fileto save the data to, check all the options and Check to examine and fix the board data. Looking at the Status, you have an Out of Date shape, it's possible that this shape status is contributing to the issue, run the DB Doctor and then open the recovered board data and get the shape updated before proceeding. If DB Doctor is unable to correct the board data problems, you will need to get the board data over to Cadence for them to take a look at.
