Which mosfet is used in orcad in place of Si2302 Mosfet

Hi All,

I am a little bit confuse while using MOSFET. I want to make one Schematic & in this, I want to use one MOSFET (Si2302). But I don't know which MOSFET I am going to use.

Second thing, in my schematic I want to use 16 pin edge connector. But I don't know which edge connector I am going to use.

Should I make the new library of these (MOSFET & Edge Connector)?

Thanks in advance.
