Issue With Loudness Normalization

Hello everyone. In recent days, I'm having a weird problem with sound output on my Windows 10 PC. In fact, I can't control the loudness of it. So is there any possibility of PCB of sound card being damaged?

    Hey guys, I googled some articles and saw that it's not due to any hardware issue but a Windows setting can solve my problem. And this article helped me to solve it easily.
