How to measure THD with cadence?

archive

Anybody have some experience on measuring THD with cadence? Currently I was trying to measure the Total harmonic distortion of the output of a clss D amplifier. I was intended to use the THD function in pss analysis, but cadence can not complete the pss simulation and stops at 20% everytime, however, everything is fine if I run tran analysis alone..Anybody may know what problem it is or any other way we can get the THD result? Thanks in advance.!

You can run Spectre's 'fourier analysis' for computing THD.
