Hello,

Is there a way to run ravel from Constraint Manager in a batch mode (for example for the regression test needs) ?

Thanks in advance,

Alexey.

    Hello Alexey,

to import a rules file or control file and analyze rules from it, you can use the following sequence of commands:

    cmgr

    setwindow cmgr

    cm import ravel ReadRelationalDRCFile rules.ravc

    cm analyze ( Design "the_design" ) RELA_FOO 0

    cm analyze ( Design "the_design" ) RELA_BAR 0

The RELA_ names are the CM attributes of the corresponding Ravel rules. You can discover them either in the journal file after interactively analyzing a rule, or in the tooltip you get when you hover the mouse over the "# Violations" table header in the worksheet of the rule. This works in -nographic mode too.

    Regards,

    Björn
