waveform of the VCO extraction model

 Hello

I made the extraction of Voltage Controlled Oscillator VCO  - the part of PLL. After that I made transient analysis of generated model and I noticed that at the VCO output (eg. "osc_p") the signal is a square wave.In a transistor level circuit the output is sinewave.

I would like to know if this is correct.
