RF PIN Switch

Hi,

I want to design pin switch to switch on fastly. Can i have it ?

Now I have pin switch design with rise time= 50 ns when switch on , but I need better than 50 ns.

Hi Ahmed11,
We probably need more information to assist you on this. Are you using Spectre/SpectreRF in your design (IC application)? Or are you using our PCB tools?
