waveform (Wavescan/AWD) image to word with clarity

After simulation with spectre in Cadence we want to take the wave form out into a word document.

Hence I saved the wave in the .png form and it was kept in Word document.

But the image is lack of clarity when minimized. So I saved it by bolding all the fonts and wave sizes.

But Its too not enough.

Can you say me how could I change my settings in the waveform window (Wavescan/AWD) such that my x-y axis are readble even minimized .

when you say minimized do you mean resized or reduced? in any case, my preference is to export the data as a table, then import it into matlab and do whatever plot and formatting that is necessary.
