magnetic near field visualization

Does Cadence provide a tool to visualize EM effects on die (full layout)?

I am interested in plotting a 2D/3D graph that visualizes the magnetic near/far field for inductors on chip.

If there Cadence does not provide any? Is there a 3rd party plugin for Virtuoso or software that does that?

Thanks!

Cadence used to have two related tools that did this - Virtuoso RF Designer, and Virtuoso Passive Component Designer (the focus of this latter tool was for inductor synthesis). These tools are no longer sold (since the end of 2008), so instead you will need to use the solution from (say) one of our Connections Partners. For example, Ansys, Applied Simulation Technology, Helic, Lorenz, Sonnet - to name a few. I may have missed some out...

    Regards,

    Andrew.
