RF Transistor libraries for 2N3553?

I'm trying to design an amplifier chain for the HF band and am having trouble locating RF transistor libraries for several potential

candidates: 2N3553, 2N4427, 2N3886, SD1446, MRF475, etc. Does anyone know where I can acquire these libraries?

    What Cadence tool are you using to simulate your design?   If this is for a board level design, you may want to post to the PCB Design forum.  For example, the 2N3553 is a NPN transistor in a TO39 type package -- not something that I'd expect to see in an IC design (SpectreRF simulator, IC 5141 or IC613 Analog Design Environment.)
