Cadence and ADS RFIC Dynamic Link with ST65nm models

Hi,

I am trying to use ADS 2008 u1 together with Cadence 5.1.41 and ST65nm kit with RFIC Dynamic Link. Trying to run a simulation in ADS, it complains and says:

"While evaluating expression 'X1.M0.nsvtlp.Vth0':
     expression has not been defined"

I have included a "netlist include" that just refers to the same .scs file used in Cadence.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Thank you and best regards,

Jonas

    Hi Jonas,

If this is an ADS simulator error, I recommend contacting Agilent software support.

     Best regards,

    Hi, Tawna,

Do you have any documents about ADS Dynamic link?

    Thank you.

    Hi Jingfang,

ADS and Dynamic Link are Agilent tools. You need to contact Agilent if you want information, since anyone on this forum (assuming they had such documents, which we're not likely to have within Cadence) would not be allowed to send them to you as it would break non-disclosure agreements that would inevitably be in place.

    Regards,

    Andrew
