av_extracted-schematic discrepency

 Hello all

I have designed a mixer in 130nm technology and I have done the LVS for the circuit and as a result, schematic and layout match. I am doing post layout simulation to compare the results of the extracted version with schematic. For conversion gain, S-parameters and interception points the results are fine but, Noise figures are different.

In schematic simulations, 1/f noise is much lower (20 dB) from the extracted version. It only happens for 1/f noise!

I have done the noise setup according to SpectreRF_Mixer533AN.pdf from cadence.

Can anyone give some hint if I have to consider something for proper 1/f simulation?

Thanks
