Problem with Assura QRC

Hi,

I'm running QRC (EXT91) for parasitic extraction. In the beggining it says ' no technology directory found ' after closing that in vuiProtectCall says:

' Error in User Defined procedure "vuiUserDefinedRCXFormSetupCB" Do you want to ignore this error and continue? '

And after running QRC, it gives me this error:

*WARNING* dbOpenCellViewByType: must specify either libName or contextId.
*WARNING* Failed to open (  av_extracted)
INFO (LBRCXU-111): Warning /apps/cadence/ASSURA317_Linux_USR2/tools/assura/bin/rcxToDfII exit with bad status

Does anyone know what is the problem?

Maybe SourceLink Solution 11146598 helps on this.

The solution mentioned by Bernd is no longer published (not sure why) but it's unlikely to help because it's about the warning about the technology information being missing in QRC.

Yours is coming (I assume) from Assura DRC, so is unlikely to be related.

How are you invoking DRC? From within virtuoso? From the command line? Which version of Assura are you using?

    Regards,

    Andrew

I didn't find any similar reports with Assura DRC (of that precise error) and it's not obvious from the description as to why this should happen. Please contact customer support so that we can investigate further.

    Kind Regards,

    Andrew.
