CST snap on button feeding

Hello,I've designed and Wideband Fabric antenna with leather su;bstrate. The antenna is working good within the range 0.75 GHz to 5 GHz, when I feed it normally with a wave guid port in the transmission line.

Now, I am trying to feed the antenna with a button. Can anyone suggest me a way me some lead to do that. Thank you.
