PFDCP model extraction in Noise Aware PLL Flow

Hello All

I am using the noise aware PLL flow to extract the PFDCP model. I am using the exact steps as mentioned in SpectreRf Workshop, Noise Aware PLL Flow, MMSIM 7.2.0 Jan 2010. There were no errors during model extraction. The simulation of the model file after extraction is giving me erroneous results. I am attaching the output plots of both the circuit and the model. The top plot is the correct circuit simulation. The lower plot of the model is not working correctly. It is shifted. I am not able to debug this problem.
Kindly help me to resolve this problem.
Thanks

Vab
