BJT excess phase modeling?

Hi,

In Spectre pole-zero analysis, it is possible to include excess phase evaluation at the desired frequency for the BJTs of a circuit.

I didn't find in the manual how Spectre actually models the excess phase in the small-signal model of the BJT, i.e, what components are added to the basic hybrid-pi model.

Any hints on this? I would like to replicate the results when drawing the small-signal circuit and calculating its poles and zeros by hand.

Thanks!
