Spirals_3M library

 I need help identifying the various types of spiral inductors in the spirals_3M library. Is there any information to identify what the letters and numbers mean? Thanks in advance

  • I'm presuming that this is a library provided by some foundry? As far as I can tell, it's nothing that Cadence ships.

    If that's the case, you really will have to identify where the library comes from - and either supply that information here so somebody familiar with the technology you're using might be able to reply, or better still ask the question to whoever provided the library.
