Hello!

I'm working on a mixer and I have a problem in getting NF vs LO power using PSS (sewpt LO power) & Pnoise.
I just get NF with some points!

What's the problem?

Thank you very much

Have you tried with SP analysis which is available in cadence spectre? There is a option of NF(Noise figure) analysis and u can check the result .

You might want to check the SpectreRF workshops and application notes in <MMSIMinstDir>/tools/spectre/examples/SpectreRF_workshop
