Error in HB analysis Setup

Hi,

I am using Cadence Spectre (Version : IC6.1.3.500.13). I am working through the examples in the SpectreRF_Workshop available at  <mmsim>/tools/spectre/examples/SpectreRF_Workshop

All the Labs have 2 ADE sessions, one using PSS and the other HB. The PSS based simulations work fine but when I run HB analysis, I keep getting the following error :

'hb is an instance of an undefined model hb'

All other analysis (PSS,PAC,AC,DC...) work fine in the testbench, but whenever I want to do anything based on harmonic balance (HB,HBAC, HBNOISE) I see this problem.

Has anyone faced a similar problem? Is there a fix for this?

Thanks.

You must be using too old a version of spectre. The "hb" analysis was added in MMSIM71, so you'll need to be using a version of spectre from MMSIM71, MMSIM72 or MMSIM101.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
