Hi,

I wan to do sensitivity analysis of LNA in cadence spectre(IC 561). I have already done S-parameter analysis in Cadence Spectre(IC561). Can anyone help me in sensitivity analysis?

     Hi Analog Design,

I'm not sure what you mean specifically by "sensitivity analysis"...

Spectre supports dc and ac sensitivity analyses. You can find more information on it by typing in an xterm:

    spectre -h sens

Also,  you may want to check out the paper:

    Best regards,

    Tawna
