Help in stability analysis of LNA....

Analog Design

 Hi,

In stern's stability analysis,  I am getting both Kf and Bf1 parameter greater than one. Then what is stability level in my LNA design . What is fault in design and why this occures? I am using Cadence spectre(IC561) for rf analysis. Can anyone help me?

There is no such release as "IC561" so you might want to give the correct version of the environment (the IC version) and the simulator (MMSIM version, unless you're using a really old obsolete version of spectre from the IC stream) in both this and your post about sensitivity analysis.

    Andrew.
