Threshold crossing problem in Pnoise jitter mode

Hi,

I am running a jitter simulation of a PFD.
I use the PSS and Pnoise in jitter mode.
Since the supply voltage is 1.2 V, the threshold crossing voltage is specified to 0.6V.
When I check the simuation result, I find Jee is too small (several tens of fs).
Then I check the threshold crossing in the direct plot form.
I find the crossing voltage is not what I've specified.
The result is shown below:

My setting is:

PSS
Beat frequency = 32.768kHz
Number of harmonics=7
error preset=moderate

Pnoise
sweep type=relative to 1
sweep frequency from 100Hz to 16kHz
Max sideband=7
Threshold crossing=0.6

My MMSIM version is 7.2ISR7.

Could anybody help me to figure out this problem?
Thanks

ycyang
