Finding "Spectre Circuit Simulator Device Model Equations" using command

RFQuery
RFQuery over 13 years ago

 Dear All,

I was able to find spectre model parameters using the command for example (spectre -h BSIM4).

Is there any command to find  "Spectre Circuit Simulator Device Model Equations" which use the above paramters

Kind Regards

As I mentioned earlier in the thread, the documentation is also in the software installation. Either run `cds_root spectre`/tools/bin/cdnshelp (those are backquotes - effectively cds_root is finding the installation for spectre) and look in there, or just run "cds_root spectre" to see where the installation is, and you'll find a doc directory, under which is spectremod/spectremod.pdf

Or if using support.cadence.com you just need to go to Resources->Product Manuals->MMSIM (e.g. MMSIM15.1) and then you'll find the manual there. I thought it better to describe how to find it rather than just giving a link which will go away in a year or so when MMSIM15.1 is no longer supported.

Teach a man to fish, and all that.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
