hbsp convergence issue

Hello,

I'm running hbsp simulations on a mixer. When S-parameters are calculated the following message is shown in the spectre.out form:

Warning: Insufficient norm reduction in GMRES.
Warning: Switching to the basic preconditioner automatically.
Warning: Stagnation still happened in GMRES with basic preconditioner.
Warning: GMRES did not converge to the desired tolerance of 1e-06. It converged to 0.743312. The solution may not be accurate but it's saved anyway.
Warning: Insufficient norm reduction in GMRES.
Warning: GMRES did not converge to the desired tolerance of 1e-06. It converged to 0.99660473. The solution may not be accurate but it's saved anyway.

I set 9 harmonics for LO and 7 for RF with oversample 1 or 2.

Any suggestions for a better precision of the results?

MMSIM version: 11.1

Thank you very much

Aldo

    Aldo,

I've not seen this before (and can't find a report of it either), so please contact customer support.

    Thanks,

    Andrew.
