Ron of nmos in Cadence for deep triode region of operation

Hey,

Can anyone help me with plotting the on resistance of nmos transistor in Cadence when we do dc analysis. I am trying to understand how ron changes with Vgs voltage. How do we do this plot. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.

Add a save statement into an include file:

    save M1:ron sigtype=dev

(where M1 is the instance name of the transistor). Then do your dc sweep, including the file as a definition file or a model file (make sure it has a ".scs" suffix). Then you can access M1:ron from the results browser (in the dc results).

    Andrew.
