Reading multi-dimensional .cti files in Virtuoso ADE

Hi,

I am doing some checks with measured [S] for varactors. I have those data for defined structures from the foundry, I want to compare them with what comes out from the Spectre model of the same structure.

The .cti files are however bi-dimensional as they provide [S] for different DC bias across the varactor.

I tried to link the .cti to an n2port element from analogLib, but I got an error message since this type cannot handle multi-dimensional data, varying in this case with V and frequency.

Any hints on how to handle that? I split the data into three separate files, since I have only three bias conditions, but what if I had more?

Thanks,

 Michele
