Regarding the Transconductance in a circuit

I am trying to draw schematic diagram of equivalent circuit of Single Walled  Carbon Nano tube on CADENCE-VIRTUOSO.I need to place transconductance (gm) into the circuit,but I cannot find it in any library.I need to know how to place transconductance(gm) in the schematic diagram.

Please do reply asap.

    How about a vccs (Voltage Controlled Current Source) from analogLib?
