ASK modulated Signal

Hi,

I am designing an ASK demodulator.
Can you pls tell me how to give ASK modulated signal in Cadence ADE L?
I don't want to design ASK modulator and give that signal as input to demodulator. With the available instances Vsin/Vsource, how can I give a modulated signal to demodulator as input?

Is it possible to use AM index and frequency for this purpose?

ASK modulation is not really the same as AM directly - it depends on how many levels you have and the details of the precise encoding that you want. You might want to write a VerilogA model to implement whatever encoding scheme you desire.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
