[Help] How to calculate the Cds?

xxgenerall
xxgenerall over 12 years ago

Hi guys,

In the OP printing list of a MOS transistor with a BSIM3v3 model, there are a lot of capacitances, such as cdd, cdg, cds, cdb. In order to calculate the total capacitance between drain and source, Cds, then how to calculate?

Is Cds equal to the sum of cdd, cdg, cds, cdb and cjd?

Help, please. Thanks in advance.
