Export CSV data

I'm running an hb power sweep simulation using virtuoso 5.1.  I have some graphs which I created using Results-->Direct Plot-->Main Form.  Is there a simple way to save the graphical data as a .CSV or Excel file?

    If using wavescan as the waveform tool in IC5141, you can select the trace and then use the table icon (see the attached picture) or Tools->Table, and then hit OK on the form that pops up (so you don't do any interpolation or sampling of the data). In the resulting table window, you can then do File->Save as CSV.
