Double Exponential Current Pulse In Virtuoso

Sir,

Is it possible to model a double exponential current pulse ( used for representing Single Event Itransients) in Cadence Virtuoso?. It would be helpful if you could explain the method for getting the same.

Yours faithfully

    Hi Aravind,

Isn't this pretty straightforward? See the attached picture (I show the edit properties for an isource, and a picture of the result).

Maybe this isn't what you want, but that's my understanding of a double exponential current pulse (different time constants for the rise and fall parts).

    Regards,

    Andrew.
