Parameterizing the Finger No of MOS in the PDK

 Dear All,

I am trying to create a parameterized inverter.

I am using pPar("W_p") and pPar("W_n") for PMOS and NMOS total widths.

pPar("Fing_p") & pPar("Fing_n") for no of fingers for PMOS and NMOS.

But the finger width of the MOSes are NOT changing in the Form.

Also when I  am instantiating the inverter, W_n and W_p are appearing as variables in the top cell.

Can anybody please tell why it is happening and how to fix this ?

Kind Regards,
