Infotimes

Infotimes = [. . .]

I know you can use this to plot at individual points e.g: Infotimes = ["10u" "20u" "50u"], how about range ?

    You can't do it for a range - but you can ask to save operating point information for devices for all times - by using:

    save M1:oppoint

    or

    save M1:gm

    (or whatever) in an include file (e.g. "mysave.scs") which is referenced via Setup->Model Libraries in ADE. Then you can plot the operating point parameter for particular devices by navigating to the results browser and finding it in the transient results.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Hmm.I did that in my info.scs

    FYI to everyone : create a sequence of "numbers" with time units suffix  attached so that you plot for multiple times in your transient results.The maximum points that infotimes array can take up is ~1500
