Infotimes

Infotimes = [. . .]

I know you can use this to plot at individual points e.g: Infotimes = ["10u" "20u" "50u"], how about range ?

  • You can't do it for a range - but you can ask to save operating point information for devices for all times - by using:

    save M1:oppoint

    or

    save M1:gm

    (or whatever) in an include file (e.g. "mysave.scs") which is referenced via Setup->Model Libraries in ADE. Then you can plot the operating point parameter for particular devices by navigating to the results browser and finding it in the transient results.

  • Hmm.I did that in my info.scs

    FYI to everyone : create a sequence of "numbers" with time units suffix  attached so that you plot for multiple times in your transient results.The maximum points that infotimes array can take up is ~1500
