My rather brief answer was prompted by the fact that your question was extremely imprecise. Please read the forum guidelines. Vague questions will get vague answers. This forum hopefully is helpful for many people (see the many questions and answers in all the forums) - but if you want precise answers to imprecise questions about proprietary information, it is not the place to ask them.

    Three things:

    1. You didn't say which Dongbu process you were using - so even if I (or anyone else) had access to a Dongbu PDK or models, it's unlikely we'd have been able to help anyway because we couldn't tell you where to look.
    2. Even then, sharing a foundry's proprietary information in a public forum would be breaking their license agreement, so we can't do that.
    3. Anyway, the best place to ask this is the provider of the technology - i.e. Dongbu themselves!

    Regards,

    Andrew.
