Manual for Spectre models

Hi,

I want to map MOS Spectre models to BSIM4 models. Is there a document/userguide for understanding Spectre models?

If you run <MMSIMinstDir>/tools/bin/cdnshelp and then navigate to MMSim->Virtuoso Simulator Components and Device Models Reference you'll find it.

Or you can just open <MMSIMinstDir>/doc/spectremod/spectremod.pdf
