Envelope Analysis

Hey,

       I am facing a problem while doing envelope analysis for a Power Amplifier which I have designed. When ever I press Netlist and run option my simulation starts and stops at the point where it reads the i pwl file and doesn't proceed further.

Reading file:  /home/harsha/I_qam4_clipped_0p5ms_highres        <---AFTER THIS POINT IT IS NOT EXECUTING FURTHER

My Ipwl file is about 400Mb

Please help me out.

  • First of all, make sure you're using the latest version of the simulator (MMSIM14.1) and if the problem still occurs there, please contact customer support or go through your normal support channel (e.g. EuroPractice if you're under their scheme).
