Documents for Ring Oscillator , Injection-locked Ring Oscillator Jitter simulation

Dear All,

Can anybody please tell , whether cadence (MMSIM14) has any application Notes that explains how to measure jitter of  Ring Oscillator , Injection-locked   Ring Oscillator. ( As HB analysis is NOT suitable for a non-linear circuit like  Ring Oscillator).

Kind Regards,

Appendix A of the SpectreRF User Guide has just that example.

There is also a database which can be used to run the simulations (database is in the hierarchy).

There are also instructions on how to download the gpdk180 required to run the simulations.

    Very step by step.

    best regards,

    Tawna
