Font problem in cadence virtuoso

I am accessing  cadence virtuoso from the server through putty and xming.

When I am opening virtuoso help it is not showing in correct font, instead it is showing some square boxes in place of letters.

This is a highly unsupported approach - if you are going to do this, then you'll need to make sure you have all the fonts set up and available. We typically don't document all the font requirements because this is not normally necessary for any normal flow (and this is far from normal). Most people using remote display use tools like VNC, NoMachine NX, OpenText's Exceed on Demand, and similar.
