Virtuoso and momentum - Generating substrate file for UMC 180nm model

Hi every one,

Can any one describe a procedure on how to create a substrate file(.ltd or .slm) for Momentum simulation.

    Since Momentum is a product from Keysight (formerly known as Agilent) wouldn't it be better to ask it on one of their forums (they do have forums too - I just checked)?

    You may get answers here, but I'd say you're more likely to be successful on one of Keysight's forums...
