Simulation of IGFinFET in cadence

Hai,

I am trying to simulate 20nm IG FinFET (downloaded from ece.ut.ac.ir). when I try this code, I am getting errors as follows: (pls find ckt attachment)

Warning from spectre during circuit read-in.

How to debug this error? Is this ckt design correct? Pls help me.

    I didn't try to put together an example to test this, but the Verilog-A is missing the include to define the disciplines. So please add this line to the top of convertor.va :

    `include "disciplines.vams"

    (That first quote is a back-quote)

    16th line:

    I just made that line as:

    .hdl "IGFinFET_model/NFinFETIG_module.va"

    It is working.. Thank you
