monte carlo simulation problem in cadence adexl

Hi, I'm running a monte carlo analysis in cadence IC614 with tsmc180 tech file.
I want to evaluate the response of circuit to variation in mismatch between two rphpoly resistor and I used the rpp1opro-mis model in schematic view, then ran a typical tran simulation in ADE to be sure of true behavior of circuit. To do a MC analysis I opened a ADEXL view of circuit and ran a MC sim. But after finishing the simulation I see no variation in output transient signal for 500 different run of MC. It seems the simulator doesn't make any changes in mismatch parameters and a unique waveform is just repeated for 500 times.

the following page contains my simulation profile and setting pages...

I'll be glad if anybody can help me.
Thanks in advance.

That's a very old IC version you're using (although I'm not sure that would be the reason for the problem). What is the precise PDK reference? There is usually a file called "REVISION" or it might be in a PDF file in the PDK_Doc dir (or simular) underneath the PDK.

The kits I have access to don't have this device, so you must be using either something more recent or a different process flavour (or using something very old).

That said, I'm unlikely to be able to request this from TSMC without knowing the affected customer, so you should either contact TSMC yourself (via your distributor or channel to TSMC) or contact Cadence customer support with the details (so we can follow it up with TSMC knowing who you are).
