Captab in cadence

Hi all,

I Wanted to get the transistor parasitic capacitance in a circuit so I printed DC operating Point.

The values were negative so I gave up and started to find other ways.

I found that there is a captab option. I checked the checkbox but I am having trouble printing the cap list. I read that it is possible to print the list in results>print>capacitance table, however ,couldn't find such option.

Im new to cadence so I really appreciate if someone could help me.

thnx alot.

So are you saying that Results->Print->Capacitance Table is not there? Or is it greyed out? Which IC subversion are you using? (Help->About in various windows in Virtuoso will tell you).

I'm assuming you checked the "captab" button on the dc Options form.

I am assuming that you're using spectre as the simulator - you didn't say (the forum guidelines as you to provide this kind of information so that we're not having to guess what might have gone wrong).

Or maybe you're not sure how to print the resulting table once it appears? Hopefully the picture below would make that clear:

    Regards,

    Andrew.
