Hello , there is a manual  that implements a gilbert cell mixer with ams 350nm i want to convert it to work also on gpdk 90nm

what adjustments do i need to do , so it will give me the same result in gpdk 90nm?

Thanks

This is probably a question better asked on a more design-focussed forum such as http://www.designers-guide.org/Forum/ . However, you'll really have to provide more information - asking people how to modify a design that  you've given no information about (other than saying it's a Gilbert cell mixer) is rather hopeful...

    Regards,

    Andrew.

Hello, in this implementation  we have ams 350nm  100u and 200u nmos transistors

so if i will use gpdk 90nm , what sizes to use so these transistors will act the same
