N_12_LLRF (UMC90nm library) Long channel pinchoff saturation

Hello , i Have the N_12_LLRF  component from UMC90nm Library

my L=90nm  what gate_finger_width to use in order to get this component to be characterised as long channel component?

(so i will get a good pich off saturation)
