how to plot MOS Capacitors(cgs,cgd) with respect frequency ?

In RF IC DESIGN i want to know that frequency response of mosfet parasitic capacitance .

  • This doesn't make sense. They don't vary with frequency - they are capacitances (or partial derivatives for some models) which are dependent upon the DC operating point. Of course the impedance of these capacitors will vary with frequency, but that presumably is not what you're asking.

    If that wasn't what you meant, please read the forum guidelines and then ask a clearer question with sufficient information for others to know what you're actually asking.
