    I am not sure what version of spectre you are using. The model appears to be supported in the version I am using (sub-version  18.1.0.335.isr6). Did you try typing:

    $  spectre -h bsimcmg

    at your UNIX prompt?

    Andrew suggested this in a reply to a similar post many years ago at URL:

    How to use BSIM-CMG models to build and simulate FinFET ...

    You might want to refer o the discussion in this post. I hope I understood your question and this helps!

    Shawn

    Thanks a lot Swan.

    But, my query was not that whether my spectre is supporting BSIM-IMG. It is supporting.

    But, my question is:- whether BSIM-IMG model suitable for passive mixer's IIP3 measurement in Spectre

    As I remember BISM-6 is good for passive mixer's IIP3 measurement in Spectre, But is BSIM-IMG ?

    As far as I know, BSIM-IMG (bsimimg in spectre) should be OK as it's a surface potential model like BSIM6/BSIMBULK. I've not seen anything to contradict that, but also have not seen any conversations/discussions about how well it works for passive mixers either.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
